2010 Reservations Being Accepted Now!
To make your reservations on any or all of the
Discovery River Tours' Adventures
for 2010, please fill out the registration form that follows. A deposit of $250
per person / per trip is required to guarantee your space. Deposits are refundable
if cancellation is made prior to 60 days before the trip's start date. You will
receive an invoice for the remaining tour balance which will be due 30 days in advance
of the trip. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before the trip date,
we will retain the $250 deposit plus a $250 cancellation fee. The remaining balance
from your payment will be refunded in full. The fuel charge will be due on departure
and will be calculated at current market price for that area. (For a more detailed
explanation of our fuel charges, please see the notation at the bottom on the
Tour page.) Reservations should be made at least 60 days in advance of a trip but may
be accepted up to 14 days before a tour date depending on availability.
Approximately 5 weeks in advance of your tour, we will send you an
information packet that will include suggested items to bring, directions to the
start point, pre-trip lodging information, and a detailed daily itinerary.
