Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects or damage to your unused product(s). Claims for goods damaged in shipping can only be accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

* Electronic instruments may be returned within 30 days for any reason, but must be in pristine condition (as per manufacturer’s stipulations). Instruments that have been scratched or damaged in any way may not be eligible for a full credit.

All Discovery River products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 full year from date of purchase.** This warranty does not cover any product(s) subjected to misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.

** Within this period Electronic instruments will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer, without charge to the customer.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (or a copy of the invoice) and a detailed description of the defect or problem that has prompted the return. The customer should also include their name, address, and phone number (important) in case we need to contact you regarding the problem.
