On this Discovery expedition you'll experience the most eastern and northern reaches of the navigable Cumberland River. The trip begins in Burkesville, Kentucky and beauty abounds as you make your way south and west towards Gallatin, Tennessee via the more narrow and remote sections of this beautiful river.

The first two days of this tour will cover 270 miles of river travel, and you'll experience scenery unlike any trip we have ever run. On Day 1 we'll travel 135 miles, winding through high bluffs (some over 200 feet high) and through farm lands abundant in hardwoods, rock and limestone formations. We'll also pass through the Cordell Hull Lock and arrive in Gallatin just in time for a big dinner and a shuttle to our hotel. After a good nights rest, we're back on the water early to re-trace our route and return back to Burkesville. Upon completion of this incredible fast-paced two day run on the river, we'll pull the PWC out for the night in Burkesville and catch some much needed rest time at the beautifuel State Park Lodge on Dale Hollow Lake. To close out the day, we'll relax and see the sunset from a 96 foot luxury houseboat as we cruise the lake and enjoy a private dinner just for our group.

On Day 3, we'll relax our pace and enjoy the stunning beauty of our start (and end) point on Dale Hollow Lake with a run of nearly 60 miles. After a great lunch you'll be on your way home late Monday afternoon with over 330 miles covered in 3 days.

If you want to get away from it all, enjoy lots of riding, great meals and meeting new friends…..then this awesome adventure is the trip for you.
